Senior Project Manager
Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered grid-intelligence projects across Europe, from site readiness through acceptance and customer training.
The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced project manager to deliver Nexus Grid projects for utilities and critical-infrastructure customers across Europe.
You will lead each project from site readiness and installation through commissioning, final acceptance and customer training, working across customer, engineering, field and technology teams.
What you'll own
- Lead multi-site projects from design review and site readiness through installation, commissioning and final acceptance.
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, health and safety, project P&L, RAID logs and change control.
- Coordinate site surveys, permits, planned outage windows, subcontractors, acceptance testing and commissioning.
- Deliver role-based customer training, including certification for SCG Champions.
- Coordinate integration with OMS, SCADA and customer IT systems.
What you bring
- At least three years of end-to-end project delivery experience in power distribution, grid automation or industrial monitoring.
- Hands-on leadership in live utility environments and strong medium-voltage safety awareness.
- Familiarity with OMS, SCADA, planned outages and switching.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent project-management qualification.
- Fluent English, a valid EU driving licence and willingness to travel 20–40% across Europe.
- Knowledge of MV cables or partial discharge, DSO regulation, HSE qualifications, or Dutch and German is useful.
