He brings a rare combination of deep commercial experience and entrepreneurial conviction — and joined Nexus Grid with a clear mandate: to turn one of the most technically credible platforms in grid intelligence into a category-defining business.
Marc-Jan has spent his career building the operational backbone of complex, fast-scaling technology businesses across multinational environments. At Nexus Grid he owns the infrastructure that turns a growing deployment base into a reliable, repeatable platform — from customer onboarding and field operations to the governance frameworks that enterprise customers require before they commit at scale.
Kristina brings 15+ years of commercial leadership from Nokia and Signify, where she turned complex technology into proven revenue across B2B and B2G markets. At Nexus Grid she leads the go-to-market strategy — building the commercial engine that takes a technically proven platform and puts it in front of every grid operator who needs it.
Marie brings deep experience in venture-stage finance and strategy, with a specific focus on building the financial structures that allow technology businesses to scale. At Nexus Grid she translates commercial ambition into defensible financial architecture — the rigour behind the growth.
Paul holds an MSc and PhD in electrical engineering and brings 20+ years of research and development experience, including deep technical work at DNV in real-time monitoring and grid reliability.
